LCK Academy (LCKA) was established in 2022 to grant people access to high-quality education and qualifications that bolster their self-assurance, give them the independent means to tackle poverty, and enhance their quality of life. The LCKA ethos aims to help people secure their own future by instilling
Zero self-doubt and Zero hardship.
LCK Academy is located in a vibrant part of West London. This is an area where we can help many people tackle the causes of deprivation, by providing them with opportunities to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will pave the way for a brighter future.
At LCK Academy, we take great pride in our two higher education programmes: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management and HND in Business (Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management).
These courses have been designed by Pearson to meet the demands of the ever-changing business world. With a focus on practical skills and theoretical knowledge, these programmes prepare students for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Message from the CEO of LCK Academy
I am inspired by the results we are achieving. After the first year of study, 88% of our students have progressed to the second year of their course. The commitment from our students, faculty, staff, Strode College, and other stakeholders has been instrumental in this success.
I reflect on the remarkable journey we have embarked upon together. It is only one year since our establishment, and we have overcome many challenges and grown into a vibrant higher education Academy defined by unwavering commitment to excellence. From navigating regulatory requirements to securing funding and resources, the collective determination of our teaching faculty, staff, and especially our valued partner Strode College, we were able to lay the foundations for our success now and in the future.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to our academic team whose dedication has made a profound impact on our students and community. As we reflect on our past achievements and look towards the future, let us continue to embrace the spirit of collaboration, innovation and excellence that underpins our success. Together, there is so much more we can accomplish.

- 9:1 Student to Staff Ratio – With a smaller number of students per staff member, we can offer students personalised attention and tailored instruction.
- 88% Continuation Rate – An impressive 88% of our students successfully progress from HNC level 4 to HND level 5.

- Active Student Voice & Student Centred Initiatives – At LCK Academy, we prioritise our students’ voice and respond to their needs and interests with additional services such as our student-centred Master Classes.
- Student Journey – Progression Pathways | Job Enhancement | Top Up Degree Options – We provide our students with diverse pathways for growth, focusing on practical skills, job enhancement, and offering a Top-up degree after an HND to support their career success.
